For counsel · AI-Powered Evidence & Case Intelligence
Intake that arrives organized, cited and honest about its gaps.
DiscoveryPeriod.Legal prepares source-linked factual assertions, evidence provenance, participant and pattern analysis, documented economic loss, limitation and urgency flags, and case evaluation memos — neutral fact organization for independent counsel. The counsel workspace described below is a planned capability, not yet available.
This page describes a planned capability. No counsel workspace exists in this prototype and no legal database is connected.
Invitation-based access
The client grants access to a specific file, element by element, with an audit event recorded for every grant and revocation.
Cited chronology
Each timeline event links to the documents supporting it and marks whether the date was confirmed by the client or extracted from a document.
Issue map, not conclusions
Issues are categories for organization. The platform never characterizes conduct, assesses merit, or suggests a theory of the case.
Evidence index
Documents by type, source and date, each with extracted parties, clauses and amounts shown next to the passage they came from.
Explicit gaps
A standing list of what is absent from the record, so the first client conversation starts from a known baseline.
No cohort access without consent
Aggregate patterns are anonymized counts. Counsel never receives another professional's narrative or documents through this platform.
Our position
The platform prepares information. Attorneys practice law. We do not intend to blur that line, and every surface we ship is designed to make the distinction visible to the client before it is visible to you.
DiscoveryPeriod.Legal is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. AI output is informational only, organizes what you submitted, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Nothing here establishes that any organization violated a law or contract.
