Tell us what happened
The intake opens with one line: 'Start wherever makes sense. What happened?' From there it behaves like an investigative analyst — asking a follow-up because of what you just said, not because a form field is empty. 'I'm not sure' and 'Skip for now' are first-class answers.

Add your evidence

AI organizes the record
Extraction proposes dates, parties, clauses and amounts. Proposals are returned to you for confirmation — the system never silently asserts a fact you did not approve.

Understand the timeline and issues

Decide how your record is used

What the AI will not do

- Manufacture verification or cite statistics that do not exist
